Known Issues

The following errors are currently known issues

1 - "Application Timeout" Error within the Map Window

2 - "OLQ error 800a9c68 Application-defined or object-defined"error

3 - Tick the box to make a layer's labels on the map appear but nothing happens

These errors are caused by the latest installation of Java. We are investigating further and testing possible solutions. We apologise for the inconvience this has caused.

The following Troubleshoot FAQs are also known to solve the problem on some environments, but there is not guarentee that it will fix the problem on all environments

4 - Why do I keep seeing the "Processing" icon in the bottom left hand corner of the browse

5 - When I use the Info tool Nothing appears to happen

6 - I can only see a grey window instead of the map of the Territory.
